Cash on Delivery Orders:

• Return / Exchange allowed within 7 days
• Refund via Store Credit (Nazneen Wallet) only

Prepaid Orders:

• Return / Exchange allowed within 7 days
• Refund Options:
  • Bank refund (processed within 7 working days)
  • Store Credit (10% extra benefit if chosen)

• Return / Exchange allowed within 7 days

• Refund via Store Credit (Nazneen Wallet) only

• Special conditions may apply as per the offer
