Scenario 1

Orders with Default length Abayas.
i.e. 56 -57inch.

1. Return / Exchange allowed within 7 days.
2. Refund Payment: Only via Store Credit (Nazneen Wallet)

CANCELLATION POLICY
After placing the order customer can cancel the order within 2 hour if he/she wish to.


Additional Guidelines:
1 Basic Information About Store Credit / Reward Points:

  1. Reward points / Store Credit are just like cash. You can use them any time.
  2. 1 Reward Point = Rs. 1
  3. You can make part payments / full payments using them any time.
  4. Reward points do not expire.
  5. By Default, we offer 5% reward points on each purchase. You can check your reward point balance any time in My account wallet.

2 Return / Exchange Process:
Option 1: Schedule a Return Pickup:

  1. You may call us +91 011 2993002- 8750365963 | Email us at support@nazneen.in |Leave us a message in our website chat box.
  2. We will get it touch with you with 1 working day, confirm your request, and organize return pickup courier.
  3. Our courier partner will pickup the item from your address, you will be requested to keep it ready. Cost of pickup is borne by us.
  4. Once the item reaches back, we check its in good condition, and we issue your refund via card/bank transfer or store credit - as per return policy
  5. We will organize return pickup once for the customer. Subsequent returns to be done by the customer at own cost. If customer requests for a reverse pickup, there is a charge of Rs. 120 for the same. We will send the online payment link. Upon payment, subsequent reverse pickups can happen.

Option 2: Customer couriers back the item:

  2. Please use normal courier / not expedited courier.
  3. Once courier is sent, please drop us an email / sms with the tracking number and carrier name.
  4. How long will it take: It will take around 7 days for us to receive your item. We will typically issue refund within 48 hours of receiving.
  5. We will pay reimburse reverse pickup once for an order. Subsequent return cost to be borne by the customer.
  6. Refund of Courier charge: We reimburse customers the courier charges with payment via store credit (reward points).
